About Michael Simpson Ltd
My name is Michael Simpson. I have been an accountant for over 30 years. I first learned my trade working for a firm of accountants for over 10 years before moving to work in the industry for a number of companies. In 2004 I started my own management consultancy business where I provided freelance consultancy services for a number of clients from various sectors.
My aim now is to provide accountancy services now to a small number of clients. Where I differentiate from other accountancy firms is that I look to take an active role for the companies and individuals that I will onboard as clients. I believe in regular communication with my clients to help them manage and grow their businesses. The aim is to manage a small and select portfolio of clients and not just to take on clients for a fee.
I am a very approachable, friendly, and professional person and am often described as “not your typical accountant”.
